landia / studio nº 412
Landia
An engineering studio in Beira, building software and hardware that make businesses run with fewer moving parts.
sht.01 — about
We build the layer between hardware and the people who rely on it.
Landia was founded in 2017 by René Descartes Domingos Muala to build technology that holds up under real operating conditions — not just in a demo. We work across embedded systems, cloud platforms, and the tools in between, combining software and hardware engineering into solutions built for how businesses actually run.
Every product on this page started as a problem we watched a team struggle with directly. We build the fix, then keep it running.

sht.02 — product / terminal operations
Sentinel
A container terminal monitoring system built on Digital Twin technology, so operators can see, validate, and control terminal activity against the operational plan in real time.
Terminal management
Equipment, yard blocks, cells, containers, and facilities managed as one connected resource model — with reporting that reflects how the terminal actually allocates its assets.
Digital Twin
A live 3D view of equipment status and field activity, used to spot bottlenecks, check performance against plan, and inform the next allocation decision before it's made on paper.

sht.03 — product / programming language
Zen
A statically typed language built to be embedded inside other platforms, with business logic and testability as first-class concerns rather than something bolted on afterward.
01
Embeddable
Drops into mobile, desktop, and web hosts through the Zen SDK.
02
Built-in testing
A testing framework ships with the language, not as a separate library.
03
Type safety
Static typing surfaces mistakes at compile time, before they ship.
spec
sht.04 — product / sales platform
Lumina
A sales management platform that turns scattered activity into a clear read on performance, so teams can make decisions on current numbers instead of last quarter's spreadsheet.
spec
sht.05 — product / API language
Terranova
A declarative language for defining REST APIs. You describe the structure and behavior of the application; Terranova generates the route handlers and infrastructure code around it.
Development follows one path from data model to running endpoint:
Entities
Define the core data models that represent your business domain.
Schemas
Set validation rules and relationships between those entities.
Queries
Access data through raw SQL or composed queries run as a single unit.
Views
Define the routes and templates that render the response.
